All applicable EIA taping standards are strictly enforced while in process and 100% final inspection verifies accuracy of completed reels.

No need for any customer to hand place parts. Let us custom design pockets for your special components to be placed on boards. Our tape and reel design will result in large cost savings in your manufacturing process. From design to finish in one week or less.

We also service the metals industry including spacers, stampings, screw machines, and standoff products. If you place it on a pc board, we can help you.

Axial and Radial:

We feature extremely fast turn-around times for radial tape and reel and axial taping services. We tape straight leads and also provide forming services prior to taping to either industry standard or your custom forms.

Capacitors, vertical resistors, TO92's, LED's, MOV's, and diodes are some of the wide variety of parts that we tape. We feature high speed automated machines that are able to produce large quantities quickly. This means that you don't have to wait for product for your production lines.

Our work is performed in a clean and modern environment and your reels are always final tested and inspected to insure their correctness.

For your convenience, we also provide custom labeling with bar-coding when requested.
